Charles Ikutiminu / Executive Director

Charles holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s of Art degree in Communication from Regent University. His graduate thesis focused on the use of Entertainment Education in the facilitation of community transformation in developing countries. He is also a graduate of Rhema Bible Training College.

Charles served as a Pastor for more than two decades. He has developed significant leadership capacity both as a Lead Pastor and Associate Pastor with ministries in Africa, Europe and North America. God’s call has always been undergirded by intercessory prayers with a passion for effective discipleship and the nurturing of healthy family relationships in the local church as a reflection of Christ’s redemptive love. In the last 5 year he has served as Director of International missions in Capital Church, Vienna, Virginia. Where he helped strengthen the culture of a healthy local church that develops strong short term mission teams as an expression of Christ’s compassion and grace to a few communities in Haiti affected by the January 2010 earthquake.

Charles has also traveled extensively both in the United States and internationally speaking in Local Churches, Bible Schools and leadership conferences with a focus of mobilizing strong local churches and businesses, led by healthy leaders and leadership teams that take serious the great commission both in the church and in market place ministry.

Milimo Thindwa

Milimo Thindwa / Program Director

Milimo Thindwa is ENI’s Program Manager, and assists with the development and the implementation of ENI programs. He has a background in international development and brings experience from the time he’s spent in the NGO community of Washington, D.C. Mils – as he is commonly known – brings an essential knowledge and skill-set to the ENI team, and to the organization’s overall mission. He holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington, and received a Master of Public Policy in International Governance & Institutions from the George Mason University – School of Policy, Government, and International Affairs.

Rebecca Sadtler / Communications Director

Becca went on a missions trip in 2010, to Nairobi, Kenya that changed her forever. She has since traveled to South Africa, Ireland, and Haiti. Her heart is for developing countries, to see the cycles of poverty ended. She enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures in effort to educate herself as well as others. She has worked alongside with many non-profits in Los Angeles, Roanoke, Boston, Chicago, and Washington, DC. This has given her knowledge across the board of how non-profits operate. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Ministry from Gordon College.
