JD brings a lifetime of business ownership and operational experience to ENI. As the Owner of Glen Mary Grass Fed since 2006, he brings an in-depth knowledge and insight of sustainable farming and animal husbandry to ENI’s educational farms. JD is also the Owner of Connell & Schmidt Builders founded in 2006 and the Owner of C&S Development founded in 2008.
Amy earned an M.A. in Global Affairs specializing in economics and development and a B.S. in business management from George Mason University. During her graduate studies she completed a semester in the program of Public Management for the Development of Northeast Brazil at the University of Pernambuco in Recife, Brazil. Amy has over 9 years professional experience of developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating projects of various levels. Throughout her career, Amy has worked in project and proposal manager positions for companies like a leading international training organization and a small business development center. She has extensive experience in Brazil where she has conducted site visits at social development projects in various areas of the country. In addition, she holds a project management certification from Learning Tree International.
Kayode is Board Member and Executive Director for Strategy and Business Development in AfriMobile UK. He is an accomplished Administrator, Programme Manager and Business Executive specializing in Strategy, Business Development, Systems Design and Technical Architecture for large global multi-national organizations. Kayode holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, a Diploma in Computing from Westminster College London, a Postgraduate Certificate in Information Systems Design from the University of Westminster London, and an Executive MBA from Cranfield University School of Management in the UK. He has attended various executive courses in management, strategy, and business development at prestigious institutions including the Harvard Business School USA. Kayode has also attended the Centre for Financial and Management Studies (CeFIMS) Programme of the University of London where he read Development Economics. He is currently on the modular PhDDBA doctorate programme in Business Administration at the Henley Business School UK, where he seats on the School’s Academic Board as the Representative of the PhDDBA cohort.
Tony is currently the Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations for the Whitaker Group (TWG). He concurrently serves as an adjunct Professor of Finance and Strategy at Virginia International University and the University of Phoenix while pursuing a PhD in Finance from EDHEC Risk Institute. Tony holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MSc in Operations Research and Mathematics from the Warsaw School of Economics. Formerly, Tony was the Group Chief Financial Officer for a leading pan-African Bank Ecobank Transnational Inc. Tony built his deep expertise in international finance at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), serving as Deputy Division Chief for Procurement, Budgeting, and Strategic Management, leading a team of 30 in the Technology and General Services Department. Before joining the IMF, he was a Vice President and Manager of Finance at Citigroup from 2004 through 2009. As a native of Ghana, Tony held various management positions in both the private and public sectors, including being the Treasurer at Standard Bank Group and First Atlantic Merchant Bank in Accra.
